Join us for these fabulous twilight fun & fitness bushwalks through the bushland areas of the Upper Northshore.
Our Twilight Fun & Fitness Bushwalk events are a great escape from the urban lifestyle that we all become accustomed to. Note: (These events are moderate impact which include some small amounts of jogging). Jogging aids weight loss and improves respiratory, cardiovascular and pulmonary ventilation improving overall fitness.
Build and improve your self esteem, body image and fitness with our twilight fun & fitness events and at the same time you'll be helping a number of charities that we support.
Each event runs for approximately one hour on Wednesday evenings starting between 6.30pm and 7.00pm depending on the time of the season.
All events have an emphasis on Fun & Fitness and are a great way to meet new friends and to extend your social intercourse.
Our activities will also give you aerobic exercise, an effective way to improve endurance, unclog arteries, lower blood pressure, decrease the risk of heart disease and some cancers, and cut the risk of adult-onset diabetes.
Furthermore, these activities will assist you with weight reduction and will improve your overall body shape, performance and well-being.
NOTE: Outside daylight saving times our Wednesday evening events require the use of a headtorch. Within daylight saving times these events will usually finish during within twilight or daylight hours. If you are not interested in our twilight events you may like to check our Saturday Sunrise.
To participate in our events you must first join our group. Joining is free. Please do not hesitate to give us a call if you wish to receive further information about our club. A simple phone booking is all that is required for your first couple of events that you wish to attend.

Our Fun & Fitness Saturday Sunrise & Wednesday Twilight bushwalks are most suitable for persons who regularly exercise and or who have a driving desire to keep fit
These types of bushwalks are all run at a level which is both aerobically challenging and kinetically energising .
The Saturday Sunrise and Wednesday Twilight events may give you an exceptionally high level of heart rate for extended periods.
Furthermore, these types of bushwalks require a good level of motor skills, balance, endurance and the ability to negotiate uneven surfaces.
If you feel that these events may be too challenging, then our full day bushwalks may be a better compromise.
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit before undertaking any of our activities.
